Welcome to Z&Z Piercing & Tattoo! Please take a moment to review the following terms related to our services:

1. Shipping and Timelines:

   • Orders above 350 euros (excluding VAT) qualify for free shipping within Italy, while orders over 800 euros (excluding VAT) are eligible for free shipping within the European Union.
   • We endeavor to process your order within 24 hours and coordinate the collection of the package from our warehouse by the courier, typically operating from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
   • We are open to accommodating specific shipping requests. Please contact us before placing an order for any special requirements.

2. Orders and Payments:

   • The minimum order value on this website is 50 euros (excluding VAT). We offer options for online payment or cash on delivery. For cash on delivery, please be prepared with cash or a check at the time of delivery. Kindly note that the payment method cannot be altered at the time of delivery. For any changes, please contact us in advance.

3. Returns:

   • In the event of receiving defective or incorrect products, kindly contact us promptly and retain photos of the product. We will arrange an immediate refund, replacement in the next order, or organize a pickup of the faulty product via our courier.
   • If you wish to return a product due to size misfit or dissatisfaction, we're happy to proceed with a refund under the condition that the product has not been used. Please note that return shipping costs will be at your expense.

4. Refund Method:

   • We offer two refund methods: refund via the original payment method or issuance of a voucher. Please note that refunds via bank transfer will take longer and will require us to issue a new invoice. Therefore, we highly recommend opting for the voucher, providing you with an immediate refund.
